I have been a real estate agent in the tri-county area for over 25 years! After working 18 years with the same company, I opened Lucretia Cauthen Realty, LLC, in January 2003. With the support of my husband and broker, Dwight Cauthen, I have once again proven that hard work & determination bring success!
I am a lifelong resident of Millbrook, which gives me a wealth of knowledge about the area. I work with a network of builders who offer various styles of homes and floor plans. With so many choices of new & existing homes to choose from, I try to continue to bring customer satisfaction to all my clients.
I am the mother of 2 wonderful daughters & grandmother of 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. They affectionately refer to me as "Gigi".
I was recently honored by the Readers Choice Awards from the Montgomery Advertiser. I was named a favorite real estate agent in the tri-county area.
